The Mojito Pointe Casino Resort

Mojito Pointe is a World-Class, $400 million casino resort that will bring a new level of excitement and elegance to Lake Charles. It will generate over 1,500 construction jobs, followed by 2,000 permanent new jobs, providing career advancement opportunities for existing casino and hotel employees.

Mojito Pointe will be Caribbean and seaside-themed -- reminiscent of balmy nights, fruity rum drinks, groves of Palm trees strung with hammocks, steel bands, relaxation and excitement. It will offer two hotels; one four-star and the other the first five-star hotel in the region.

The new resort is designed to complement the region’s other casinos and tourism amenities. Studies have indicated that given the size and growth of the population of Houston, the new casino resort should be successful without having any negative impact on the region’s existing hotels and casinos.
